🏡 Affordable Housing & Rent Relief

Housing costs across Long Island have skyrocketed, and too many working-class families, seniors, and young people are being priced out of the communities they’ve called home for generations. As someone who’s lived through housing insecurity, I believe safe and affordable housing is a human right. I support national rent stabilization, protections against no-fault evictions, and federal funding for affordable housing construction, especially for low-income and multi-generational households. We must crack down on corporate landlords who treat homes like profit machines and fight back against gentrification that displaces our communities. I’ll fight to ensure that no family in NY-2 has to choose between keeping the lights on and paying rent.
